IT Recruiter

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Lead a technical recruitment cycle (sourcing, identifying, evaluating, closing)

• Collaborate with hiring managers around role definition, pipeline calibration, interviewing, candidate assessments, decision-making

• Create. place, maintain vacancies at various job portals

• Proactively develop and execute prospecting strategies and ideas using all available recruiting tools

• Monitor job market for technical positions of interest

• Take part in PR and employer branding events (job fairs, conferences, user groups, etc.)

• Prepare recruitment reports, maintain candidate database

Requirements

• 1 yearsof experience in recruitment in IT, international companies, or recruitment agencies

• Good knowledge of IT jobs market, salary ranges, and market tendencies

• Good skills in candidates search and selection including direct search

• Good knowledge of a full cycle recruitment process

• Solid proven screening and interviewing skills

• Experience in setting up and execution of recruitment processes

• B2+ level of English is a must

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage complex relationships and difficult conversations

• Proactive and result-oriented person

• Strong networking skills
