Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Lead a technical recruitment cycle (sourcing, identifying, evaluating, closing)
Collaborate with hiring managers around role definition, pipeline calibration, interviewing, candidate assessments, decision-making
Create. place, maintain vacancies at various job portals
Proactively develop and execute prospecting strategies and ideas using all available recruiting tools
Monitor job market for technical positions of interest
Take part in PR and employer branding events (job fairs, conferences, user groups, etc.)
Prepare recruitment reports, maintain candidate database
Requirements
1 yearsof experience in recruitment in IT, international companies, or recruitment agencies
Good knowledge of IT jobs market, salary ranges, and market tendencies
Good skills in candidates search and selection including direct search
Good knowledge of a full cycle recruitment process
Solid proven screening and interviewing skills
Experience in setting up and execution of recruitment processes
B2+ level of English is a must
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage complex relationships and difficult conversations
Proactive and result-oriented person
Strong networking skills
