Требования:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B Sales/ Account Management;
- 1+ year of experience in IT;
- Experience of working with international companies/ international customers;
- At least upper-intermediate spoken and written English;
- High level of responsibility;
- Customer-centric and result-oriented person;
- Orientation to result and clients' expectations;
- Communication and influence;
- Ability to adapt to changes.
Будет плюсом:
- Experience with full-time employee management;
- Account or project management experience;
- Recruitment experience;
- Managerial experience.
Обязанности:
- Assist the project team in project delivery process, yet focus on building trustful relationships with each customer;
- Coordinate all members involved into project development, manage customer's expectations and satisfaction;
- Facilitate high-quality and timely communication with the customer, including agreement terms negotiation, preparation of business letters, various documents etc;
- Be the 1st point of escalation for the customer and facilitate problems resolution.
