We empower businesses all over the world through providing remote assistants and outsourced teams specialized in data collection and processing (for Artificial intelligence & Machine learning), customer support, agile sales and marketing support, and a lot more.

We are looking for Head of Talent Acquisition in Kyiv to join our fast-growing team. 

You will:

  • Supervise the recruiting team in 3 key directions (Inhouse, BPO, Data annotation / 15 recruiters in the Team + trainees)
  • Anticipate the company’s future and work with senior executives to advise on recruiting tactics that will help to sustain the company’s success 
  • Identify company’s needs and work to create and implement an efficient talent acquisition strategy to improve recruitment and business performance 
  • Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs 
  • Implement modern techniques and tools (chat-bot, online interviews, etc) 
  • Participating and conducting labor market research in terms of launching new projects and trials together with sales and operations department 
  • Working on automatization of current forecasting and reporting system 
  • Audit of current EVP and design of new one together with HRD and marketing team 
  • Applying strategies to attract diverse candidates to all areas of the business 
  • Working on retention strategy together with Head of T&D 
  • Build constant and effective communication system within the company 
  • Work on company corporate culture and all related activities connected with it 
  • Participate in company’s expansion to other regions and countries 

Requirements:

  • Solid background in recruiting (international recruiting experience will be an advantage)
  • Strong managerial experience
  • English upper-intermediate
  • Experience in recruiting agencies or outsourcing companies will be plus
  • HR marketing experience will be an advantage
