We are looking for talented people to extend our USA Talent Acquisition Team and hold remote Middle/Senior IT Recruiter positions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage end to end recruitment process for USA open roles
- Establish and maintain working relationships with projects’ teams
- Implement candidates-generation strategies using relevant recruiting tools
- Be a strategic talent advisor for business stakeholders
- Proactively build candidates’ pipelines
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of experience in an IT recruitment industry
- Ability to drive recruitments process from gathering requirements till candidate's onboarding
- Good experience at problem-solving, planning and pipeline management
- Solid analytical skills and attention to details
- Ability to learn fast and apply new knowledge on practice
- Upper-intermediate English and western communication style are a must
- Result oriented, self-driven and proactive personality
