Middle / Senior IT Recruiter

We are looking for talented people to extend our USA Talent Acquisition Team and hold remote Middle/Senior IT Recruiter positions.         

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage end to end recruitment process for USA open roles                                                                                             
• Establish and maintain working relationships with projects’ teams
• Implement candidates-generation strategies using relevant recruiting tools
• Be a strategic talent advisor for business stakeholders
• Proactively build candidates’ pipelines

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of experience in an IT recruitment industry
• Ability to drive recruitments process from gathering requirements till candidate's onboarding
• Good experience at problem-solving, planning and pipeline management
• Solid analytical skills and attention to details
• Ability to learn fast and apply new knowledge on practice
• Upper-intermediate English and western communication style are a must
• Result oriented, self-driven and proactive personality
