Chief accountant

CHIEF ACCOUNTANT

Candidate should meet the following requirements:

• Higher education from the area of Economics, Accounting, Finance
• At least 3 years of similar experience in manufacturing company on the chief accountant position
• Excellent knowledge of English, both spoken and written
• Excellent operating skills in the following programs: 1C Accounting 8.2, Client-Bank, MS Office, M.E.Doc
• Deep knowleges of accounting under Ukrainian standards and tax accounting
• Deep knowleges of foreign currency transactions
• Strong organizational skills, strong responsibility, ability to work on many tasks simultaneously
• Dedication to provide the best service to the employer and the clients

Key responsibilities:

• Performing full cycle of accounting in 1C
• Preparing Reports to Statistics, Regulatory and Tax Authority (VAT declaration, financial reporting, tax on profit declaration, ecological tax etc.)
• Performing import / export transactions in 1C
• Register of production expenses and specific transactions of COGS closing in 1C on monthly basis
• Register of prepaid expenses in 1C (insurance and others)
• Control of month COGS (goods, services) calculation
• Calculating of taxes and control of timely tax payments 
• Manage payroll and HR
• Corporate financial reporting
• Make sure all financial data adheres to current tax laws and regulations
• Managing internal communications inside the company on tax issues. Dealing with company counterparties (state authorities, banks, customer and suppliers, outsourcing partners, auditors, advisors and lawyers) as an official company representative within own area of responsibility
• Participation in various company and group projects and various tasks and assignments within own area of expertise 
• Performing other tasks on   request of management
