Business Process Analyst / Modeller

Project Description:

We are running a number of projects for a global investment bank related to development of new applications and integration in the wealth management area.

Main focus is on modelling business processes for client relationships management

Responsibilities:

- Analyze the requirements and develop business process models

- Define main business workflows

- Requirements elicitation and documentation, defining user stories, acceptance criteria

- Support users during UAT

Mandatory Skills Description:

• 5+ years of work experience in IT

• 2+ years of experience as a business process modelling consultant or similar

• MSc in computer science, mathematics, engineering or similar

• Hands-on experience with Flowable, Activiti or other workflow tool/engine – very strongly needed

• Strong level of BPMN 2.0

• CMMN basics

• DMN basics

• JavaScript basics. Ability to read and understand JavaScript code

• Requirements elicitation and gathering, requirements analysis skills

• Excellent problem solving and decision making skills

• Experience with Jira and Confluence

• Fluent English

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• CAP/IIBA/IREB/IQBBA Certification

• Background in finance field and wealth management or client-onboarding field

• SQL

• Programming knowledge, especially with Java/JavaScript

Languages:

• English: C1 Advanced
