Project Manager

Required skills:

• Previous Experience 2 + years in a similar role Project Manager or Service Manager
• Previous experience with IT outsourcing projects
• Previous experience with multi projects management
• Strong communication skills
• Project management methodologies Scrum, Kanban
• Strong knowledge of project management tools Jira, Confluence, familiarity with resource and project roadmap tools, GSuite
• English Upper intermediate or higher
• People management skills

As a plus:

• Scrum certifications
• Knowledge of AWS
• Knowledge of ITIL
• Experience of remote teams management

Responsibilities:

• People management. Day-to-day people management, PAs, one-to-one sessions, EOP sessions, track team’s performance
• Process management. Day-to-day management of the tasks according to Scrum and Kanban
• Status reporting. Preparing sprints reports, tracking projects progress, timelines
