Responsibilities:
Full life-cycle recruitment from the understanding of vacancy's requirements, sourcing of candidates, pro-active search, networking, interviewing candidates to negotiating potential offers;
- Actively source and deliver a steady flow of candidates for each position;
- Screen candidates and schedule interviews;
- Give personalized, detailed feedback to the candidates;
- Communicate with candidates (both active right now and possible prospects for the future);
- Provide analytics and statistics on request;
- Maintaining the candidate database;
- Participation in HR processes and administration issues;
Skills required:
- 1+ years of IT recruiting experience;
- Ability to drive the full cycle recruitment process;
- Successful vacancy closing level middle and senior;
- The ability to understand the differences between technologies/IT positions;
- Search for candidates using various sources and tools;
- Willingness to multitask and process large amounts of information;
- Highly responsible and organized with attention to details;
- Good written and verbal communication skills both in English(intermediate+) and Ukrainian(Russian)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to tailor delivery to varying stakeholder levels and preferences.
- Ability to develop solid relationships and proactively engage with both candidates and hiring managers.
- Ability to follow the commitment within the agreed deadlines.
Nice to have experience in international recruitment and search for employees at various sites.
