Required skills:
— Tracking project deliverables and prioritizing the tasks;
— 1+ year of experience in this field;
— Hands-on experience in Scrum methodology;
— Strong negotiation, mediation and conflict resolution skills;
— Good understanding of Software development life cycle (from the kick-off/initial requirements gathering and till the support phase of the project);
— Developing project documentation, reports, full-scale project plans;
— Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as presentation skills;
— Advanced level of English.

Responsibilities:
— Communicate with clients and their representatives (task clarification, status, and delivery reporting, estimation;);
— Communicate regularly with the client via meetings, reports, email, etc.
— Take care of people in your team. Measure team satisfaction and efficiency.
— Lead and contributes to the decision-making process and facilitates conflict resolution;
— Focuses more on outcomes & results than ideology.
