One of the leading law firms in Ukraine seeks to hire Office Manager for its Kyiv office.
Main duties and challenges:
- Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence;
- Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments;
- Inserting changes in documents;
- Typing and preparing reports;
- Organising and managing receptions, client meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes);
- Implementing office procedures and compliance with office policies;
- Liaising with relevant organisations and clients;
- Coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks;
- Logging or processing bills or expenses (to assist our accounting, when and as necessary);
- Being flexible to handle other office related tasks as they arise.
Requirements:
- Excellent typing skills in English (the must!);
- Higher Education (ready to take student — but only for full-time work);
- High level of stress resistance, ability to work under pressure;
- Foreign languages knowledge (English: upper-intermediate and ideally above);
- Technical skills — Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel — the must), Adobe Acrobat.
