Targeting Manager: Facebook & Google

Are you great at running ads on Google and Facebook?

What we expect from You:

• 2+ years in setting up and optimizing Facebook and Google Ads 
• Passion for digital advertising
• English B1-B2 
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
• You are an organized self-starter and positive team-player 
• You keep up to date with the latest trends and best practices 

Competitive advantage:

• Hands-on experience advertising IT services/software products / consulting
• Understanding marketing and sales funnels, conversion, traffic channels
• Targeting experience on foreign markets like USA, UK, etc.  

What You will do:

• Plan, setup, and run ads on Google and Facebook
• Analyze and optimize your marketing campaigns 
• Work in b2b niches in Tier 1 countries
• Create reports which contain analysis and further recommendations
• Search for new channels and sources to attract a targeted audience
• Work closely with the design, and marketing team on growing revenue (we have a brilliant content creator/consultant who is a native English-speaker)
