Junior IT Recruiter

We are looking for an IT Recruiter to join our Bintime team!
It’s an ideal role for someone starting out on their career, who really wants to make an impact and grow.

Skills and qualifications required:

Understanding the specifics of the IT market and how IT companies work
Knowledge of LinkedIn as a business tool
Desire and motivation to develop in IT recruiting
Ability to learn fast
Excellent communication skills, time management skills, team player person
Goal-oriented personality, high level of self-organization and responsibility
Upper-Intermediate level of English.

Will be an advantage:
Experience in IT research
Completed recruitment/HR courses  

Your responsibilities will be:

Posting and promoting vacancies
Active search for candidates by using different sourcing tools
Review applications/resumes
Organizing of HR and technical interviews
Participation in other HR activities.
