Credi Yes is a financial company with over 12 years of experience in microcredit, operating in several countries with over 800 employees. The vision and mission of the company is to build long-term relationships with its employees, customers and partners. Relationships built on correctness, loyalty and respect. The new challenge for us is to create a team of professionals in Kharkov, with the help of which to start building the company in Ukraine.

Responsibilities:

• Inbound Marketing – promote our products 
• Spearheading new ways to target prospective clients
• Perform regular reviews of important metrics – traffic, rankings, bounce rate, conversions, etc. and act according to best trending
• Building a long-term strategy for promoting the company's brand
• Work closely with Sales department
• Develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
• Create and maintain website content and be responsible for social media interaction
• Content ideation: coming up with ideas for different content pieces that serve the company’s business goals and cater to the target users needs.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of professional marketing experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting skills (for editorial and social media)
• Experience with Graphic Design
• Experience with marketing data analytics and tools
• Ability to plan and forecast
• Ability to negotiate
• Knowledge of digital marketing tactics, email marketing and analytics.
• Attention to detail and adaptability to a fast-paced environment
