Architect

Our partner, strongly expanding construction company in the heart of Germany in the area of single-family homes to smaller apartment buildings, is looking for a civil engineer or architect (remote work)

The main tasks:

• Independent creation of floor plans, sections, elevations and system sections
• Preparation of constructional concepts
• Preparation of approval documents and building applications

 What we expect from you:

• Completed studies in civil engineering, architecture or comparable studies
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Above-average commitment and willingness to perform
• Working method with a high degree of detail
• Very good user skills in CAD programs
• You do not think in problems, but in solutions
• Independent way of working
• Adherence to deadlines and high quality awareness
• English or German language skills
• Ideally, you have experience in structural analysis and the preparation of execution documents
