QC / Quality Control Agent

We expanding fast and open new position of QUALITY CONTROL AGENT .

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring agents calls in order to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Responsible for reviewing all non-originated applications to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Resolution of disputes, complaints by telephone, email, mail or other means.
• Keeping up-to-date on product knowledge and being informed of any changes in company policies
• Developing and implementing internal control procedures
• Work closely with a Training department in order to give fast feedback on the agents work and common mistakes

Skills/Nice to have:

• Advanced English and German is a must 
• Knowledge of Spanish will be a plus
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Experience of training and couching
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Problem-solving skills and ability to be flexible
• Technical Proficiency and Understanding in finance Products and Services
