Professional requirements:

• excellent communication skills and competent language

• knowledge of search and selection methods

• desire to find and use non-standard methods of approach to search for candidates

• attention to details, initiative, creativity, responsibility, ability to solve problem situations, desire to learn and develop professionally

• result oriented

Content of work:

• preparation of job description together with the Charterer

• search for new potential Employees (initial selection of candidates on the resume, arranging and conducting interviews)

• working with specialized resources: Linkedin, job-sites, social networks (Facebook, VK)

• participation in external events (job fairs, career days)

• preparation of materials for brochures and other reference / advertising resources

It is welcomed:

• Higher Education (HR, Psychology)

• experience in recruiting by using a wide range of tools

• knowledge of features and requirements of the IT market

• English language skills at Intermediate level
