Junior Legal / Legal Assistant

We have new markets expanded and experience the increase of our clientele, so we are looking for:

Junior Legal / Legal Assistant

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Assistance in reviewing, structuring and drafting of legal documents;
• Management and supervision of international funds recovery projects;
• Correspondence with international clients, banks, financial and governmental authorities;
• Preparation and submission of applications for the clients before financial or state authorities;
• Assistance in drafting proposals and responses to clients' requests;
• Ad-hoc assistance with on-going tasks and projects.

Requirements:

• Recent graduate or a last year student (graduate or undergraduate);
• Academic background in international law, relations or business;
• Exposure or interest in the international legal, corporate and financial markets industries;
• Interest in international corporate, investment, banking sectors and financial markets;
• Fluent English and Russian (ability to speak English fluently via phone and face-to-face is a must);
• Ability to learn fast; 
• Ability to work in a team and to manage multiple engagements;
• Strong analytical skills.
