Marketing Analyst

Role description:

The mission of the Marketing Analyst is to deliver relevant information regarding marketing trends, competitive environment and customer demands. The role of a Marketing Analyst is to help the business make informed decisions about their market.

Key responsibilities:

• Present, approve and implement research & analysis methodologies, procedures and data collection methods, including opinion polls, surveys and questionnaires
• Conduct market research
• Track and analyze sales and marketing trends in details
• Develop a set of KPIs to measure the effectiveness of advertising, marketing and communications strategies
• Regular collaboration with colleagues across multiple departments such as sales team, account managers, business analytics, support, etc.
• Report on marketing KPIs as leads, conversion rates, website traffic and social media engagement

Required skills & knowledge:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
• 2+ years experience in marketing or related field
• Experience in pharma or IT fields
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to multitasking
• Strong background in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
• Previous experience in market research
• Experience with various survey tools
• Advanced level of English
