New Business Director

AGAMA Communications opens a position New Business Director.

This role assumes preparation of initial offers to the clients and initial negotiations together with agama MD and finalizing deals.
BD director will be assisted with Director of Internal Coordinations to prepare cross-agency offers and documentation.

Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage a pipeline of potential clients for agama (cross-agency big projects, consulting projects, export support projects)
- Help in finalizing agama market offer
- Generate meetings with C-level employees within companies that are potential clients
- Execute sales and generate clients

Requirements:
- overall advertising experience 5+ years
- experience in business development
- experience with consulting or other professional services projects
- extensive personal network
- excellent negotiating skills
- positive attitude and drive to achieve
- somewhat entrepreneurial mindset
