Junior Business Analyst

Requirements:
-knowledge of the software development life cycle and methodologies;
-strong knowledge of methods and practices of business analysis;
-experience in drafting requirements and documents;
-knowledge of requirements management tools;
-good communications skills;
-proactivity;
-result-oriented;
-English level - intermediate+ and above;

Nice to have:
-experience as an analyst in several business areas;
-experience working with developers and stakeholders;
-experience working as a Project Manager;
-experience with Magento or any other eCommerce solution;

Duties:
-the main goal is to gain insight into the customer's idea, turn it into a technical solution, and make sure the development team understands it.
-customer requirements processing: data collection, preparation of documents,  keeping materials up to date, analysis of logical contradictions, clarification of the  wishes of a customer;
-support for developers and QA specialists;
-in-depth analysis of each task;
-pre-sale and up-sales activities;
-project management activities;
