HR Manager

DataArt is a global software engineering company. With over 20 years of experience, teams of highly-trained engineers around the world, deep industry sector knowledge, and ongoing technology research, we help clients create custom software that improves their operations and opens new markets.

We are expanding our HR team in Kharkiv and looking for an HR Manager to join us.

Responsabilities

• Participation in the onboarding program for beginners
• HR consulting
• HR-review with colleagues
• Support and coordination of HR events
• Coordination of development requests from colleagues

Required Skills and Experience

• 2+ years experience in HR
• Knowledge and understanding of the IT industry (terminology, basic knowledge of software development)
• Service based approach to solving issues
• Sociability, initiative
• Responsibility, the ability to work effectively in a multitasking environment
• Spoken and written English (pre-intermediate or higher)
