Requirements:

• 1+ year of relevant working experience
• Knowledge of various channels and tools for finding specialists
• Excellent communication skills, the ability to negotiate and qualitatively represent the product and team in the market
• English at least Pre-Intermediate level
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to change
• Sense of initiative, results orientated

What will you do:

• Full-cycle recruitment process (from receiving the application to closing the vacancy)
• Building quality interaction with managers in the selection process and assistance in making effective decisions related to team building
• Participation in projects aimed at improving the efficiency of recruitment processes
