Sales Development Representative for B2B SaaS Product (remote)

We are a product company working in the US, Europe, and the global market. Right now we are a team of 70+ people working 100% remotely from day 1, we have 2500+ customers using our platform.

Our product (reply.io) is a leading sales acceleration platform that automates personal and business communications, including emails, calls, SMS, LinkedIn, and messengers.

As a Reply.io Sales Development Representative, you will:

• Build target account lists and craft successful sequences that include email, phone, video and social media touches
• Be one of the first point of contact along the customer journey
• Deliver qualified outbound and inbound leads to identify new sales opportunities to a sales team
• Work with Sales Executives to facilitate a smooth hand-off from early qualification to close
• Collect feedback from prospects/customers to pass to engineering and product teams to make our product better
• Represent the company by attending events, conferences

We’re looking for someone with:

• Fluent spoken and written English is a must
• Experience in B2B SaaS sales and lead generation (is a plus)
• The «startup» mindset
• Interest in SaaS, data, technology
