• Create the ability to develop other CRM managers inside the division.

Essential professional experience:

• 1+ years of experience in CRM or retention marketing experience;
• 1+ years of experience with CRM systems;
• Understanding of key CRM metrics: TG/CG, ARPU, CLM, ROI, Customer Journey, Channels performance;
• Experience with cross-channel marketing;
• Upper-Intermediate English level;
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to influence other teams;
• Strong business sense and a real passion for using data to make decisions;
• Understand general relationships of the product with other components of the system;
• Analytical skills, ability to structure information.
