Chief/Lead Designer (Product Startup)

You’ll be joining a C-level product-led team with top engineers, marketers and salespeople. 

We're a product startup and we’re in need to build for A to Z design culture to kick-off bottom-up sales strategy (as Zoom and Slack did).

What You’ll Do

• Be given autonomy from day one to lead the entire design unit.

• Create user flows / journeys, prototypes, and wireframes to build the best UX in the niche based on data analysis (Mixpanel, HotJar, GA, A/B), and user needs (interviews).

• Hands-on design consistent UI components and interfaces.

• Define guidelines & style guides since we have almost nothing in design yet.

• Conduct guerrilla user testing and other research techniques.

• Advocate for a WOW customer experience.

What You'll Need

• Experience in app design for mobile & desktop / web.

• Proven experience across the full cycle of learning course design from, discovery, prototyping, delivery, evaluation, and iteration.

• Strong understanding of UX and interaction principles within the constraints of mobile devices.

• Proven ability to interact with stakeholders, manage expectations, and accept constructive criticism of your work.

• Graphic animation (Principle, After Effects, etc.) will be a bold plus.

• Experience building and maintaining design systems will be a huge plus.

• Upper-intermediate level of written & speaking English.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, learn quickly and adapt to a changing product.
