Required skills

— Knowledge and implementation of effective sourcing and outreach techniques using a variety of platforms and tools
— Good understanding of Ukrainian IT market
— Knowledge of direct search and headhunting techniques
— Strong negotiation skills
— Team-orientated approach to your work
— Ability to work in a fast-paced changeable environment within short deadlines
— English upper-intermediate or higher

— Actively source candidates using different channels
— Review profiles and screen CVs according to vacancies requirements
— Initial contact and communicate with candidates on a daily basis
— Generate active candidates pipelines
— Market research
