We are a product company that is developing a new approach unique to client management and the trading ecosystem. You will be involved in the development of such services as: BI (Reporting System), Roles/Permissions, Chat System, Trading platform, Client Engagement, Dialling system, ETC.
You will be involved in the development of the ECOsystem that will include such services as: BI (Reporting System), Roles/Permissions, Chat System, Trading platform, Client Engagement, Dialling system, ETC.
Required Skills:
- 2 + years of experience working in Fintech space or experience working in Product- or Success B2B service-related position
- Advanced English
- Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
- Focused, reliable and a responsible self-starter with strong critical problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to make prioritization
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset
Responcibilities:
- Communication with custumers (B2B) and development team
- Update about any new features that were released
- Collect feedback, reviews and use cases.
- Be aware of business requests
- prepare weekly performance reports
- Interact with Support department and other departments of the company
- Measure and improve customer satisfaction
