Overview:

In this role you will be sourcing talents worldwide for the industry-leading giants and innovative tech companies.   

What you will do: 

• Recruit: You will be in charge of the full life-cycle recruitment from the understanding of vacancy's requirements, sourcing of candidates, pro-active search, networking, interviewing candidates to negotiating potential offers;
• Analyze: Keep an eye on the IT job market, conducting regular reviews and analysis of key figures and trends;
• Cooperate: Work closely with different departments, including project management, talent marketing, and others. 

Your skills and competences: 

• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruiting; 
• Good knowledge of different recruitment practices and interviewing processes; 
• Excellent networking skills, strong skills in communication, presentation, and negotiation; 
• At least Upper-Intermediate level of English;
• Background in IT.
