What will you be responsible for?

• Calculating and Issuing invoices to clients
• Preparing monthly reports including bank reconciliations
• Making payments to suppliers and collection
• Manage the AR/AP of the company
• Take part of Implementation of the global accounting system
• Lead the continued build-out of our accounting systems to support significant anticipated business scale

What do we expect from our perfect candidate?

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance
• Be a hands-on leader of all aspects of accounting — preparing accurate and timeline results
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with interfaces
• Ability to be in the details but also have a broad high-level vision
• Independent, self-starter who is willing to take on responsibility and get the job done
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-moving, changing, and demanding environment
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
• MS Office, particularly Excel proficiency is a must ?
• Attention to details, result-orientation

Cool to have:

• High-tech company experience in Accounting position or Audit in Hi-tech/online company
• Strong accounting knowledge with a detailed understanding of accounting methods, reporting, bookkeeping, reconciliations, and revenue recognition
• Experience working with Priority or Netsuite
• CPA certification
