Our HR team is growing so that we invite an active and positive person, a people-oriented HR Manager to join the LaSoft team. Your role is to support HR processes and create the team’s mood and spirit.
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in HR
- The initiative, be able to come up with relevant ideas and then implement them
- Good listener and integrator to clarify the needs of people and merge them with the business needs
- Able to make things done
- Strong team player with a positive attitude to people
- Spoken English would be of advantage
Responsibilities:
- Maintain HR policies and procedures (onboarding, departure, transfer, job performance reviews, development, etc.)
- Participate in improvement, optimization and ensure we select people according to the company values while participating in interviews
- Support PMs in managing their teams where required
- Take care about people, their job satisfaction and engagement by participation in organization of different types of events and trips
