TENDER MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review of information about demands and derivation of supply and proposal preparations
• Preparation of initial tender documentation and coordinate obtaining the required approvals
• Clarification of bid conditions and management of the tender preparation
• Bid management in order to ensure it is aligned with the organization’s requirements
• Participation and monitoring of technical proposals preparation
• Management of experts' CV database and support communication with experts
• Coordination of tender reviews and deadlines and adjust them to the frameworks given by the customers

REQUIREMENTS

• Master Degree in business or any other field related to the position
• At least 2 years of practical experience in a similar position will be an advantageous
• Strong time-management and organizational skills
• Ability to coordinate several tasks at the same time
• Well-developed negotiation skills
• Highly organized, able to independently prioritize own work. Able to process large amounts of data and documentation according to rules and regulations
• Customer oriented and result driven
• Eye for detail, accuracy
• Strong knowledge of MS office applications
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:30.
