Position purpose: Drive HR priorities and people agenda. Support business targets by driving the right culture, mindsets, values and behaviors. Initiate organization changes, enabling effective team working, driving the right goal alignment processes and performance management.
The main responsibilities
- This role is for helping to improve the efficiency of staff and motivating employees (HR services implementation across entire employee lifecycle, insuring correct relations between an employee and the Company in terms of internal culture, practices and policies.
- Provides support in the organization of trainings for employees, namely the conclusion of contracts, payment, preparation of relevant communications, coordination between the training agency for the provision of services and the company.
- Responsible for the recruiting process. Job advertisements on internal and external resources placement.
- Participates in performance management cycle. Trains the employees on work with internal performance and development review internal system.
- Manages and coordinates at the appropriate level the interaction with the outsourcing company for the provision of HR paperwork and payroll services.
- Coordinates the programs: employee recognition programs, on-boarding and training programs. Coordination of ongoing HR initiatives and HR projects.
- Responsible for the internal HR communication to all employees.
- Reporting HR KPIs (absenteeism, overtimes, HC, vacation balance, etc.)
The main requirements:
- University degree.
- Min 2 years of experience in a role of HR Specialist/Generalist in international companies
- English language – Advanced.
- Ukrainian labor legislation knowledge.
- Professional experience in recruitment, HR paper work, Ukrainian Labor legislation, employee relations.
- Basic knowledge in C&B, employee communication, performance management, organization design, people development.
- Act as an employee champion and change agent.
- Demonstrate positive attitude, enthusiastic, strong interpersonal and communication skills. Multitasking and proactive approach.
- Competencies: result orientation, customer focus, plan and prioritizing.
