Resourcing Coordinator for Ciklum

Ciklum is looking for a motivated and proactive Resourcing Coordinator to join the Kyiv team on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities:

• Requests covering: via partners, placement of request in social media, communication with sales team, market researches
• Reviewing resumes to be according to the requirements
• Scheduling interviews
• Maintenance of status documentation
• Reports preparation

Requirements:

• You have basic knowledge of IT resources spectrum
• Tiny details mean a lot for you as keen on to deliver a high-quality result
• You speak English at Upper Intermediate level or higher
• You are a self-driven and proactive person
• You are passionate about managing the processes and would like to develop in this sphere
• At least 2 years of experience as Sourcing Specialist

Personal skills:

• A self-driven person, who is able to manage their own time, make priorities and work in a multitask mode
• Excellent communicator with good presentation skills, and positive and result-oriented attitude
