Personal Assistant

We are looking for a person who knows how to organize her/his work in that way which will ensure the comfortable work of the Chief. Our ideal candidate is able to establish communication with all services for productive cooperation. We need an honest, pedantic, intelligent, systematic and calm person who doesn’t know the word “impossible”!

What we expect from you:

- Upper-Intermediate level of English (both spoken and written);

- University degree;

- Confident PC user (Excel - good level, 1C, Word, Outlook, Google Docs);

- Responsibility and attentiveness  while working with documentation;

- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability and willingness to work in a multitasking environment;

- Attention to detail, diligent and proactive attitude to work;

- Desire to learn and develop in this direction;

- No experience required, we are ready to teach.

What you will do:

- Organization of effective communication between the manager and staff;

- Organization and coordination of meetings, business meetings, video conferences;

- Preparation of the necessary documentation (translation and revision);

- Financial reporting;

- Execution and control of the orders of the head.
