IT Product Company, that focused on developing travel and avia solutions is looking for Customer Care Specialist for post-sale support avia (airline tickets reissue/refunds voluntary/involuntary, ancillaries) and non-avia products (hotels)
Requirements:
- GDS knowledge Sabre, Amadeus, Airlines direct access work experience
- Experience in post-sale support avia and non-avia products
- Fluent English, Russian, Ukrainian languages (written&spoken)
- Desire to work in a team environment and be a team player.
- Working with zendesk CRM, 1C, gilboa
Job Functions:
- Daily communication with customers ( Airlines, Hotels)
- Providing omni-channel support in English, Ukrainian and Russian
- Working with CRM, accounting programs, reports
- Coordination and applying to certain schedules.
- Other duties as required by business needs or as assigned.

- Competitive salary :
Оffice: $4,5/hour (gross) * 180 working hours = $810 (gross)+ % postsales service
Remote: $3,5/hour (gross) * 180 working hours =$630 (gross)+ % postsales service
