Line Automation Business Operations Support

Zoral Labs, a leading provider of research and development to the software industry, is looking for an experienced Mortgage Warehouse Line Automation Business Operations Support to join its development center in Kyiv.

Responsibilities: 

• Get familiar with the mortgage warehouse line business operation processes.
• Learn how the system to be supported operates and what kind of results it produces as part of the automated mortgage warehouse line business operation processes.
• Learn the system operation support process, tools and external systems to work with as part of the automated mortgage warehouse line business operation support.
• Monitor the queue of business operation support tasks from the live system and resolve them, based on the processes and using the tools defined.
• Communicate with the technical support team and development team on incidents, issues and change requests in the live system, based on the process defined.
• Work hours: 8am – 5pm EST time zone on workdays and Ukrainian public holidays (if is not a US public holiday too).

Required skills: 

• Higher financial education 
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills 
• Experience in the fintech area would be a plus
• Basics understanding or willingness to learn lending, corporate finance discipline, accounting
• High level of human-relations skills
• Ability to learn quickly
• Proven technical capacity and a strong attention to details
• Experience in supporting a business system / tech support minimum 2+ years 
• Ability and desire to investigate issues to help determine root cause
• Strong organizational skills
