Main Responsibilities
- Work closely with Recruiting Team
- Source potential candidates through online channels (LinkedIn, job portals, internal database, social networks) according to vacancies requirements
- Identify new channels for qualified candidates
- Build talent pipelines
- Reviewing resumes for requirements and pre-screening of candidates
- Initial contact with candidates
- Database maintaining
- Market research
- Present our company and open roles to potential candidates in a positive way
