• Knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
• IT Recruitment courses graduate will be an advantage

Main Responsibilities

• Work closely with Recruiting Team
• Source potential candidates through online channels (LinkedIn, job portals, internal database, social networks) according to vacancies requirements
• Identify new channels for qualified candidates
• Build talent pipelines
• Reviewing resumes for requirements and pre-screening of candidates
• Initial contact with candidates
• Database maintaining
• Market research
• Present our company and open roles to potential candidates in a positive way
