IT Recruiter
We are looking for motivated and experienced IT recruiter with excellent communication and presentation skills to help us grow our IT teams.
What does the job offer:
• Coordinate hiring needs with IT leaders
• Writing and posting job ads based on IT team requirements
• Sourcing candidates using different platforms and tools
• CV screening and pre-selection phone interviews
• Communication with candidates at all recruiting stages
• Active promotion and IT branding activities
Essentials qualities:
• Proven work experience as IT Recruiter
• Understanding of HR practices and labor legislation
• Experience in conducting HR-interviews
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Intermediate English
• Independent, well-organized and strongly proactive work style
Nice to have:
• IT company or recruiting agency background
• Creativity and ability to find non-standard solutions to problem situations
• Stress-resilience, multi-tasking and flexibility capability
• Experience with HR data analysis
