Bookimed Limited is an international platform for hospital search and treatment arrangement. We are eager to find the optimal medical solution and organize treatment for people from anywhere in the world, absolutely free of charge for our patients.

About our key achievements:

  • More than 500 000 patients;
  • 600+ clinics in 28 countries.

Currently, we are looking for a SALES OPERATION who will improve our sales funnel.

We will offer:

  1. Salary: $1 500-2 500. It will depend on your experience;
  2. This is a new position for us, we’ll develop a motivation system after the probationary period.
  3. After several months of work, your salary will be from $2 500 to $4 000;
  4. Schedule:5 days a week (Monday-Friday), flexible hours (for example: from 8-11 AM to 17-20 PM);
  5. Partially remote is acceptable, but it’s preferable to work from the office. (21 Polevaya str.);
  6. You will improve communication skills, our clients are from the Balkans, Gulf countries, the United States, and the United Kingdom;
  7. This position implies some specific events such as meetings with world-famous doctors and visits to the best medical facilities around the world (1-2 times a year);
  8. We work with the incoming flow or warm leads. Sales are made by people via calls, chats, emails, etc;
  9. Analytics (logs of the cases, calls records, chats history, Funnel graphics, etc) is available for you.

In your turn, you should be open-minded and goal-oriented. Also, we have a list of requirements for this position:

  • Fluent English and Russian languages;
  • B2C Sales experience (as a team lead, supervisor, Sales operations, Quality control, Head of sales);
  • Product management experience (such as CRM development);
  • Sales on incoming leads flow and lead generation experience.

Your main responsibilities:

  1. Sales funnel control and sales quality control (on the level of a certain case);
  2. CRM product management;
  3. Sales automation (triggers, chatbots, messengers);
  4. Sales groups supervising and business analytics.
