Aventus IT is looking for an experienced HRD (IT) to play an essential role in shaping and developing our organization. Reporting directly to the executive leadership team, you’ll be a key partner in building out the future of Aventus IT. We’re committed to hiring a person who is inspired by working in the performance-driven organization.

Required skills:

  • work experience — 4+ years of HR related position;
  • experience in management of a recruitment team;
  • experience and a good understanding of a wide range of HR-related issues: employee retention, talent development, and succession, performance management, reward and recognition, culture, change management;
  • good knowledge of IT market and different recruitment tools/approaches;
    excellent communication skills
  • analytical and capable of reading data and reports;
  • highly organized and detail-oriented;
  • ability to make crucial decisions under pressure;
  • ability to delegate effectively;
    exceptional time management skills.
  • English level — at least Upper-Intermediate

Will be a plus:

  • proven practical leadership experience;
  • experience with setting up hiring processes;
  • understanding of risk management;
  • ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Daily responsibilities:

  • end to end coordination of the Hiring process;
  • recruiting and staffing;
  • overseeing all HR initiatives, systems, and tactics;
  • working with senior managers to identify the organization’s needs;
  • monitoring trends in recruitment and markets which could impact upon the business;
  • managing and delivering reports and data when required.
  • you will need to work with a distributed team that will be located in Belarus, Ukraine and the Russian Federation.
