Required skills

— English: intermediate, both oral and written
— At least some experience in IT or HR fields
— Knowledge of internet search engines, job boards, LinkedIn will be a plus
— Interest in new Recruiting trend and social media
— Highly result oriented
— Good communication and presentation skills, strong interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

— Search for wide range of IT professionals (engineers, testers, developers, and architects)
—Create a wide Talent pool and updating CV search database
— Search for talents using several channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, job boards, social media, internal database)
— Communicate with candidates on a daily basis
— Prescreen and present appropriate candidates to the Recruiter
— Work closely with other members of the recruitment and sales team
