Recruiter / HR Assistant

Requirements:

• 1+ years’ experience in some form of recruiting
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills and customer focus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Particularly, friendly and engaging phone demeanor
• English at Intermediate level

Responsibilities:

• Executes sourcing and recruitment strategies for individual positions to include connecting with and sourcing talent through numerous channels
• Participates in resume screening, phone interviews, interview set-up and offer process
• Monitors and follows up with new hires regarding completion of pre-employment process, signing of offer letter and completion of onboarding tasks in HRIS system
• Preparing documents and all technical equipment for new employees
• Supporting departments with the organization of events and other activities
• Participates in project work and assignments as required
