Requirements:
- 1+ years’ experience in some form of recruiting
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills and customer focus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Particularly, friendly and engaging phone demeanor
- English at Intermediate level
Responsibilities:
- Executes sourcing and recruitment strategies for individual positions to include connecting with and sourcing talent through numerous channels
- Participates in resume screening, phone interviews, interview set-up and offer process
- Monitors and follows up with new hires regarding completion of pre-employment process, signing of offer letter and completion of onboarding tasks in HRIS system
- Preparing documents and all technical equipment for new employees
- Supporting departments with the organization of events and other activities
- Participates in project work and assignments as required
