As a plus:

  • Experience in customer support, call centers, sales departments will be an advantage.
  • Working experience in the USA

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Lead qualification over the phone and email.
  • Systematic follow-ups and lead nurturing.
  • Scheduling calls with leads.
  • Constant collaboration with the Business Development and Marketing team and providing them with reports.
  • Working with the KPI’s.
  • Constant use of active and passive client engaging channels messengers, social services, etc.
  • Answering typical customer questions.
  • Providing potential clients with relevant presentations and portfolios in order to demonstrate the company’s services and solutions.
  • CRM maintaining.
  • General support for the marketing and sales team.
