Key Responsibilities:
LOCAL ACTIVATION PLANS / PROJECTS:
- Supports Lead Marketing Manager in smooth development and timely execution of local activation plans (ATL & BTL) in line with categories guidelines;
- Translate together with Sales and Trade Marketing annual business plans into Quarterly and Monthly activity plans;
- Conduct project on-going tracking and post-evaluation and learnings collection / best-practice sharing. Initiate corrective actions where necessary.
RESEARCH & PLANNING:
- Supports on-going local data analysis with further creation of relevant local consumer and shopper insights that will feed into local strategies and activation plans;
- Responsible together with Lead MM for the portfolio performance short-term & long-term forecasting;
- Supports the business planning and review cycle.
VENDORS / BUDGETS / DOCUMENT FLOW MANAGEMENT:
- Day-to-day partnering agencies and vendors management (incl. document flow and SAP);
- Budget (A&P) management for categories under supervision;
- Accountable to following up department’s budget (e.g. Purchase Order Creation) and marketing department’s documentation
NEW PRODUCT INTRODUCTIONS & PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT:
- Portfolio and assortment management process support for categories under supervision;
- Responsible for precise portfolio mapping and benchmarking per SKU;
- Responsible for coordination and consolidation of product related translations (SDL system);
- To fulfil other tasks defined by management to increase Philips turnover and grow Market Share.
COLLABORATION & INFORMATION FLOW:
- Support of internal communication on relevant portfolio
- To work in close cooperation with PR, On-line, Trade Marketing, Sales managers to ensure integrated approach to communication;
- To support constant, good, effective information flow and optimal work in commercial triangle (Marketing – Trade Marketing – Sales)
REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree required (marketing, economics, communications or advertising preferred but not a must)
Experience:
Previous experience in marketing function
Key capabilities:
Drive towards learning and development in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage projects from inception through execution.
