We are looking for a HR assistant who will join the HR department and remain part of the company.
Duties:
- Assist the HRD with the hiring process, including posting job advertisements and scheduling interviews with candidates. Search for junior positions.
- Accompanying the process of adaptation of new employees.
- Participation in the organization of corporate events.
- Organization of corporate internal and external trainings for personnel.
- Preparation and distribution of welcome, farewell letters, preparation of letters about the birthdays of employees.
- Updating all lists of employees.
- Participation in personnel assessment.
- Work in the CRM system.
- Coordination of filling man-hours by company employees.
- Participation in projects of the HR department.
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience as HR Assistant / HR Administrator.
- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices (would be a plus).
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- English - intermediate + level.
- The presence of the Microsoft package, i.e. Office, Word and Excel.
