Duties and responsibilities
- Work on a shifted schedule, 2pm-11pm EET;
- Own and drive a full-cycle recruiting process for multiple roles;
- Building candidates pools and actively maintain them;
- Managing interview and test task completion by candidates;
- Design creative sourcing strategies to find and attract top talents and convert them into candidates;
- Continuously analyzing and fine-tuning the work processes to boost effectiveness;
- Identifying bottlenecks that hinder work progress and eliminating them, finding new ways to speed up the recruitment process with no loss of quality;
Required skills and experience
- Fluent English, both written and verbal;
- 4+ years of experience in IT-recruitment;
- Successful experience hiring Senior/Lead/Architect level developers;
- Experience in international recruitment;
- Experience in communication with foreign clients;
- Ability to lead full-cycle recruitment process;
- Efficient communicator with strong presentation skill and the ability to overcome objections;
Nice to have:
- Experience in setting up recruitment processes from scratch;
- Experience with different recruitment process automation tools and ATS;
- Deep recruitment experience in Github, Stackoverflow search, etc;
