Affiliate manager

We are looking for an affiliate manager with experience in high-risk affiliation programs to join our fast-growing team in Kyiv. 

Requirements:

• Upper-Intermediate level of English is a must;    
• Experience in the position of Affiliate Manager for more than a year;    
• Understanding of commission models (CPA, CPL, CPM, CPC, RS);    
• Understanding of primary digital marketing metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI);    
• Experience in establishing successful partnerships with affiliates; 
• High level of communication skills;    
• Experience working with influencers would be a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Attracting, onboarding, and establishing new strong business relationships with affiliates;    
• Maintain communication with affiliates, providing support in all possible issues;
• Report of results, processes, plans, and strategies.
