Business Analyst / System Analyst

Playwing is looking for an exceptional and talented Business Systems Analyst to join our outstanding eCommerce team.

Requirements:

• English - upper intermediate and higher (verbal and written)
• Experience in the business analysis 2+ years
• Knowledge of theoretical and practical aspects of Business Analysis, Requirement Engineering and Systems Analysis, Modeling notation (BPMN)
• Understanding of Quality Assurance, Project Management and SDLC methodology (e.g. Waterfall, Agile) principles
• Proven communicator/presenter
• Strong negotiation, presentation and facilitation skills
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficiency with database management systems, output (report) design and data queries (SQL)
• Understanding of architecture principles (scalability, replication, fault tolerance, etc.)
• Technical details about deployment environment
• Understanding of API and integration with 3rd party services

Responsibilities:

• Management, testing and writing requirements (functional and nonfunctional) to a testable level
• Modeling of system and data on logical level, user interface design, prototyping, decision tables/trees, data flows
• Product Owner role on a project
• Conducting demo, user training sessions or other knowledge transfer act
• Close cooperation with the development and design team
• Creation of documentation for the team and customer (Detailed User Stories, Use Cases, nFRs, Flowcharts, etc)
• Validation of mockups with the design team
• Gather requirements from multiple stakeholders
