We are looking for a Talent Manager who has the ability to diagnose issues, then identify, influence the appropriate outcomes/solutions. The person in this role must be able to interact effectively with professionals at all levels. In this position you will partner with the various senior leaders (TL’s\Head of divisions) along with their respective leadership teams to develop and execute the HR strategies and activities. Talent Manager will assess the human resources needs in areas such as performance management, employee relations, compensation, career development and leadership development and drive the appropriate solutions in these areas.
Must have skills, knowledge:
- 1+ year work experience in an HR Generalist/HR Talent Manager role including performance management, retention and employee communications
- Strong employee relations and influencing skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Upper-Intermediate level of English
- Well-developed analytical skills
- Experience working with: Microsoft Office products
- Abilily to diagnose problems and identify and drive appropriate solutions
- Ability to manage workflow with minimal oversight, in a fast-paced environment with multiple and sometimes changing priorities
- Ability to work both as a team member and independently to deliver results
- Team building and team development capabilities
Would be a plus:
- Bachelor’s degree in related discipline
