Looking for an experienced Head of Talent Acquisition to join our results-oriented team to scale this process to a whole new level.

You will be part of a team that is built on trust, defies stereotypes, and is open to innovation. We expect your ideas and efforts to drive further those values in a way that will help the recruitment team get the job done.

On top of our own product, we deliver robust cutting-edge DevOps, Cloud, and BigData solutions both for VC-backed start-ups and established companies with high-load systems through our service company - IT Svit. That means that you’ll have the ability to recruit both for the product team and the client projects across the globe.

No matter the scale and technical complexity of the task at hand our main driving force is always the people. We refine the processes using the human approach to every problem and focus on delivering value to our clients.

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in IT recruiting;
  • Experience managing a team and recruitment process;
  • Knows how to build strong and trustworthy relationships with candidates;
  • Can work with cross-functional and distributed project teams using agile methodologies (scrum, agile);
  • Creates reliable communication and knows how to manage risks. Further creates an employer brand;
  • Knows how to work with SLAs (hitting timings and budgets);
  • Proactive - definitely does not wait until the task is described to him to the last comma;
  • Being result-oriented rather than process-oriented;
  • Awareness of the concept of efficient communication: clear and understandable presentation of ideas, competent speech, ethics in communication, ability to find an approach to everyone, ability to negotiate and present the information correctly;
  • English - C1 Level.

You will:

  • Headhunt top talents and earn commission;
  • Meet recruitment goals, taking into account business requirements;
  • Implement plans and programs for recruiting the right employees in accordance with the company’s strategy;
  • Set up and monitor hiring standards and practices (competency-based recruitment);
  • Grow and manage the recruiting team;
  • Build a strong employer brand;
  • Maintain external contacts.

Key Metrics:

  • Number of the closed jobs according to SLA;
  • The cost of hiring;
  • Funnel management.
